This postcard captures the beautiful, scenic view overlooking Magens Bay.
It was taken in the early 1920s.
Magens Bay is reputed to be the most beautiful beach in the Caribbean and was given to the people of the Virgin Islands by a wealthy, New York financier, Arthur Fairchild.
History tells us that the bay was once a pirate's anchorage and that many treasures are probably buried around its shores.
This is a very special postcard.
